Starting in 1974, Dieter and Silvi Hemstedt set out with
their goal of providing specialised, high quality heating cables and that’s
exactly what they achieved. 4 years later and they have over 20 employees and
were rapidly growing in size, along with their product range which now included
cold storage technology.
As more and more customers started requesting specialised
solutions from Hemstedt that they were able to accommodate for swiftly and
precisely, Hemstedts reputation quickly became known across the world.
Now with
over 60 employees working on a space of 17,500 Sq m in production and
development, the company now primarily manufacture energy-efficient heating
systems that make contribute significantly to creating carbon-neutral and
climate positive solutions.
And for this
they have been awarded Top-Innovator 2008 and 2015 by Top 100, The German industry-price award in
2014 and 2016 for resource-saving green products and the Querdenker award for unconventional and innovative ideas in 2015.
By working closely with Hemstedt, Cross Electrical is able
